A Blueprint for Healthy Aging
This retreat is designed for those who are ready to build a stronger body from the inside out, a body that supports longevity, vitality, and a life lived with more freedom and ease.
Over three immersive days, you will learn how to train intelligently, gaining a deeper understanding of bones, muscles, alignment, and strength through progressive strength training, one of the most effective tools for aging well and living well.
You will leave not only stronger but also more connected to what your body needs in order to thrive as you age.
“Nothing in life is to be feared;
it is only to be understood.”
- Marie Curie

The Experience
Mornings
Each morning begins with optional yoga or Qi Gong to gently wake the body, stretch the system and prepare the mind for focused movement. This is followed by a slow nourishing breakfast prepared with local regional ingredients.
After breakfast, we gather for guided strength training led by our expert trainer. These sessions are designed to feel uplifting, playful and energizing, with music, encouragement, and space to explore movement with curiosity and joy. You will learn correct technique, muscular engagement, breath support and safe progressions as you build bone density, improve joint support and increase muscle mass in a way that supports long term health and longevity.
Afternoons
Afternoons are very flexible. You are free to read, sleep, swim, enjoy a massage, play tennis, explore botanical trails or simply retreat into your own quiet space. Extra training sessions can also be booked. You are encouraged to follow your body’s rhythm rather than a schedule.
Evenings
Evenings welcome a slower rhythm with a healthy dinner, followed by an optional meditation, a time to integrate what the body has learned.
Nutrition & Excursions
All meals are prepared by a private chef and inspired by the flavors and produce of Provence. Dishes are fresh, vibrant, nourishing and thoughtfully designed to support strength, recovery and metabolic health.
One afternoon includes a visit to the nearby village of Ménerbes for lunch and gentle wandering through its sunlit stone streets.
You may also use your free time to explore cultural spots like Château La Coste, Caumont Centre d’Art, Palais des Papes, Fondation Vasarely, wander around some of the most beautiful villages of the Provence such as Gordes and Roussillon, or look for antiques in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.
